We Have Streamlined Our Process with You in Mind

Bringing a child into the world is unquestionably one of life’s most rewarding experiences. Recognizing that some individuals require the support of others to realize this dream has driven us to create a simple, transparent, and cost-conscious process, with a commitment to nurturing authentic relationships between surrogates and the intended parents, guiding them on the journey of a lifetime.

1 Consultation

Please email us with any questions or schedule an intake call to speak directly with us. We will hold this meeting via video call. The interview will allow you to learn about our agency and ask questions about the process, as well as allow us to gather more information about your surrogacy needs. There are many moving parts to the surrogacy process and a lot of information to take into consideration.

2 Background

We will ask you to complete an extensive questionnaire, which will not only give us in-depth information about you and your surrogacy needs but will also become the foundation of your Intended Parent Profile, which will be shared with prospective surrogates. We will ask you and any adults (18 and over) living in your home to complete a criminal background record check. We will also ask you to sign several release forms, which will allow us to communicate with your fertility clinic.

3 Matching

We will create a profile to share with prospective surrogates, including several photos of you. It will convey you, your values, goals, and what you are hoping for your surrogacy journey. When we are looking to find you a potential match, we will look at a multitude of factors. Once we have determined that you and a potential surrogate might be a match, we will share your profile with them, and their profile with you. After a meeting, if you move forward with the match, we will send you the match agreement to sign and your journey begins!

4 Journey

Once you are matched your surrogate will have a medical evaluation and then you will complete legal. Then the embryo transfer occurs and pregnancy is confirmed. We will be in contact with you and your surrogate on a regular basis during the pregnancy, to ensure that your needs are met.

Delivery day! This is the day everyone has worked so hard to achieve! Through all of this AFS will continue to be there for you!!
