Throughout the intake process, the gestational carrier will let us know how she came to learn about All Families Surrogacy (AFS). If her introduction to AFS was through a referral, our dedicated intake specialist ensures that this valuable information is meticulously recorded in our referral tracking spreadsheet.
Now, for the exciting part – referrals bring their own set of rewards. The person who makes a referral (the referee) becomes eligible for a $100 bonus (during our standard $1000 bonus season). This $100 bonus is granted once the gestational carrier has successfully completed her intake paperwork. But that’s not all! The referee stands to receive an additional $900 bonus when the surrogate completes her intake, matches with intended parents, obtains medical clearance, and formally signs her legal agreement with her matched family.
We want to emphasize that referrals are open to everyone. We wholeheartedly welcome referrals from all corners – they are a vital part of our community. Occasionally, we even offer extra perks for surrogates who refer prospective carriers, and these special incentives are shared within our dedicated support group.
