We have been in your shoes and this shared experience has inspired us to craft a straightforward and transparent process, underscored by our dedication to nurturing genuine connections between surrogates and the intended parents. Together, we embark on a remarkable journey of a lifetime.

1 Eligibility

Your surrogacy journey begins with an intake form, a call with our intake specialist, agency document completion, and the provision of medical records. We then collect essential information, including identification, insurance details, vaccination records, and statistical confirmation. The process proceeds with a request for a match, scheduling a GYN physical, and updating the pap smear.

2 Review

We initiate a preliminary review of the received records, diligently searching for any potential concerns. If necessary, we request additional information to ensure a comprehensive assessment. Once the review is complete, we assemble a comprehensive folder, which is sent to the potential fertility clinic for evaluation. This clinic assessment typically takes 2-4 weeks, during which they will either recommend or decline the potential Gestational Carrier.

3 Approval

At this stage, we arrange for background checks, schedule a psychological evaluation, and collaborate with you to create a profile, all while conducting a final audit of your file prior to finalizing the screening for approval.

4 Matching

When you receive a potential profile that seems to be a promising match, the profile is sent for review. If all parties are in agreement, we proceed to schedule a match call. During this call, all parties exchange emails to confirm the match or discuss the possibility of exploring new potential. Upon a successful match, all parties sign an agency match form, and you are connected with the clinic that the Intended Parents are working with. The clinic has typically provided preliminary approval before scheduling your intake uterine evaluation.
